Engineered for Stability - Single-pc Europan White Oak Top Surface


The core of the Pinnacle Stair System is our custom-manufactured engineered European Oak Pinnacle Plank.

We carefully craft this plank from the finest ultra-wide European Oak lumber, allowing us to have a single-pc top surface (without visible glue-joints) at tread depths up to 13.25”.

To this top surface we add various edge and end elements, securely lock-mitering everything into place.

This allows us to create a variety of tread types, including square-front, bullnose and full-box treads, while maintaining the highest esthetic and technical standards.

We then carefully hand-finish each component to match your chosen floor.

CLASSIC TREAD

Our Pinnacle Tread Classic is made from engineered European Oak for unsurpassed stability, and features a single-pc top (no seams) for depths up to 13.25” (including any extended returns).

Bullnose

Flush or extended returns are available. Ends are face grain (not end-grain)

Upon request we can shim the bottom to give an overall thickness equal to the nose thickness.

DROP TREAD

Our Pinnacle Drop Tread is made from engineered European Oak for unsurpassed stability, and features a single-pc top (no seams). Intended to give the impression of a thick tread, the front drop-nose can be any dimension 1” thru 6”.
